Katrina Clark, MSW, CSWA

I was raised in Hawaii and moved to Portland in 2017. I received my Bachelors and Masters degree in Social Work from Hawaii Pacific University, and I am registered with the Oregon Board of Licensed Social Workers as a Clinical Social Work Associate.

Over the years I have enjoyed working with clients of all ages, addressing needs in various settings. My passion for helping others draws from my experience as a wounded healer, a parent, and a military veteran.

My goal is to help you achieve your true potential and lead a life worth celebrating. By applying mindfulness-based and modern therapeutic approaches, we will uncover negative perceptions or behavior patterns holding you back from a more balanced, happy and fulfilling life.

I use a collaborative and strength-based approach with integrative interventions to treat both the mind and body for a holistic healing experience. My approach to counseling is dynamic, drawing from a variety of methods, including cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, emotionally-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions. As your therapist, I will meet you where you are and provide a safe place to explore your relationship to yourself and others, and feel empowered to address what is getting in the way of reaching your goals. Our work together will be full of compassion, empathy and trust.
