Katrina Clark, MSW, CSWA

I was raised in Hawaii and moved to Portland in 2017. I received my Bachelors and Masters degree in Social Work from Hawaii Pacific University, and I am registered with the Oregon Board of Licensed Social Workers as a Clinical Social Work Associate.

Over the years I have enjoyed working with clients of all ages, addressing needs in various settings. I truly believe that mental wellness is for everyone and my hope is to make therapy a more accessible, less stigmatized practice in everyday life.

In my practice, I utilize warmth, strength-based, and a holistic lens, viewing the mind-body-spirit connection as integral in understanding who you are as a whole person.  I will meet you where you are and provide a safe place to explore your relationship to yourself, and feel empowered to reaching your goals. I serve not as an expert or someone with all the answers, but as a collaborative guide who values and deeply respects who my clients are and the wisdom they have within.

My goal is to help you achieve your true potential and lead a life worth celebrating.  I integrate body-based alternative interventions such as breath, movement and mediation with traditional therapies including cognitive behavior, solution-focused and person-centered techniques.

I have lived my own journey of recovery as a wounded healer and continue to utilize therapy for my

personal wellness.  I enjoy running, hiking, traveling and reading books.  I am also a veteran, a wife, and a mother of two and a pup lab.
